It has been a while since I last blogged, I have been busy with work and watching my new favorite K-drama Hometown Chachacha on repeat. I loved it so much because it is a healing drama and plus I love the actor there – Kim Seon Ho, he is so tall and I love tall men. πŸ™‚

I want to go to Germany in time because I believe the right guy for me is there but Kim Seon Ho is changing my mind, so I’d go to South Korea first haha! More about the right guy in the next chapter of my blog. πŸ™‚

Since it’s holiday in the Philippines (All Saint’s Day) – commemorating the lives of the saints, we (Malen, her brother – Marvin and his gf Aira) walked our dogs in an empty mall’s parking lot and they were so happy! We were glad the rain stopped so we can walk them. After the walk, we decided to try out one of the food places in Batangas.

At first, it was hard to find where to eat because most of the restaurants were closed due to holiday. But, we found a gem in a roadside with al fresco and pet friendly cafe overlooking the mountains. Good things always come in small packages and lomi is the perfect dish to comfort me in Batangas. It has thick egg noodles, fish balls, kikiam, pork liver swimming in a thick broth and topped with whisked egg. I love my lomi without any innovative add on. The simpler the dish is, the tastier it gets and it is pocket friendly. We also ordered variety of egg noddles – Chami (flat miki noodles stir fried with chicken meat, pork with vegetables and toasted gisado (stir fried noddles with pork and vegetables). I love the experience! Lomi will always be the best food for me in Batangas. While we ate, our dogs rested in the cafe.

Yay! I am fully vaccinated and got my vaccination card. I can travel freely in the Philippines without worrying too much. I will meet some friends probably next month. I am beyond excited! What happens in my travel stays in my blog haha! πŸ™‚
